IYGE was founded by Izzy Gannon, a beauty and aesthetics marketing strategist with over a decade of experience across the industry.
With a background spanning beauty, aesthetics, active clinic ownership and marketing, Izzy brings a unique understanding of the commercial realities behind building and growing a successful business. As the founder of an award-winning skin and laser clinic in the UK, she has first-hand experience of building a brand, attracting and retaining clients, launching new treatments, managing teams and creating marketing strategies that support sustainable growth.
It’s this experience that shaped IYGE and continues to influence how we work today.
